The Neusiedlersee Vacation Home is located in Burgenland and is easily accessible via a wooden walkway – with dry feet and completely without a boat. The Stilt house on Lake Neusiedl, a reed-thatched lake cabin, covers around 39 m² and stands on a wooden platform of about 100 m² that extends directly over the water of the Lake Neusiedl The lakeside cottage is designed to accommodate up to 5 people. The roof’s distinctive tent-like shape creates a charming, light-filled space—decorated entirely in white, deliberately simple, serene, and focused on the essentials. The entire Neusiedlersee lakeside cabin is at your exclusive disposal, and thanks to its unique location among the reeds, you’ll enjoy the utmost privacy—surrounded by reeds and completely secluded.

Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements in the Lakeside Cabin

The Seehütte offers a ground-level, separate bedroom (150 W x 190 L cm bed) with a comfortable double bed. Another sleeping area (180 x 200 cm bed) is located – particularly atmospheric – directly under the roof of the cabin and is accessible via a ladder: often a little realm of their own for children. Those who prefer to sleep at ground level will instead find a comfortable sofa bed as an alternative.

Terrace at Lake Neusiedl – Your retreat in any weather

In the wind-sheltered Lounge, with thick, luxurious cushions and pillows, find shade on hot days or – should it rain – a wind- and rain-sheltered spot to peacefully look into the reeds and unwind from everyday life. A special privilege of this location: From the very same terrace you experience the Sunrise over Lake Neusiedl as well as the Sunset towards Rust – the sky changes color in the morning and evening into the most beautiful hues, and it is certainly no exaggeration to say that every sunrise and sunset is unique and wonderful. On the double sun lounger, with a glass of Wine from Burgenland wind down the day and let your gaze wander across the lake.

Your own electric boat on Lake Neusiedl – inclusive

Directly in front of the terrace of the Seehütte Neusiedlersee anchor own electric boat, which is available to you for the entire stay – completely without a boat license. Air conditioning for cooling and heating, a small kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a Nespresso machine are of course provided. The New bathrooms with massage showers ensures additional comfort, luxurious bath towels and hand towels are naturally included. A toilet with a washbasin is located directly in the lake cabin. In a small separate room you will also find: a extra refrigerator, a Bicycle case service, electricity for charging the e-bike and much more.

The Neusiedlersee lake cabin is made of solid wood and comes from carpenters in Burgenland and the region. Inside, the lake house tells its own story: an artistic handcrafted Bone-inlay dresser with intricate mosaic pattern from India, Balinese and African figures and ancient finds, a stylish Designer pendant lamp as an eye-catcher above the Sleeper sofa and complemented by fine design details such as decorative glass branch arrangements—a blend that gives the house its very own, unmistakable character.

Cycling at Lake Neusiedl

Cyclists are also in very good hands with us – we have everything a cyclist's heart desires: Right in front of our small workshop, your bikes are ready for charging, protected from the weather and rain, and for minor repairs on the go, you have your own 44-piece wheel service case available. The Lake Neusiedl Cycle Trail starts practically before the Lake Chalet.
